For 2 hours:
Weekdays                                        -          R3,000

Weekends & Public holidays       -          R3,400

For 3 hours:

Weekdays                                        -           R4,600

Weekends & Public holidays        -           R5,000

This includes:
•             Hiring of the entire venue for 2 or 3 hours – play town and café. 
•             Use of the courtyard if necessary.
•             A large table with benches for the birthday cake.
•             2 child minders. 

 

We have a maximum capacity of 20 kids in the play town. If more children arrive you will be charged accordingly and some may have to be turned away.

 

Strictly no children over 6 years of age unless it is the birthday boy/girl's sibling. We have found the older children are too rough and break many of the toys.

Any damages incurred to the Happy Town property during the party will be invoiced accordingly.

 

All cold drinks and coffees must be bought from the café. 
If you would like us to cater for you, we have a delicious selection of platters and pizzas to choose from.

If you would like to bring your own food then there will be a cover charge of R300.
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and decorations. We are also able to provide a cake, if needed.
Our timely sessions will still continue once the party is over, so all decorations will need to be removed before the next session starts.

Please note that there is a non-refundable deposit of R1,500 to secure your date which will be deducted from your final invoice. Once you have made your booking online and paid the deposit, please email me your specific needs and requirements.
